No accounts. You never sign up or give us your name, email, birth date, or insurance details.

What you type isn't stored.Your description is screened for emergency signs, then sent to an AI service to suggest where to go. We don't save it, log it, or attach it to you.

Your location stays approximate.We use your ZIP code, your device location rounded to about a tenth of a mile, or the approximate city your connection appears to be in, only to sort clinics by distance. We don't save it.

What we do count.To see whether the tool is useful, we record anonymous totals: the type of care suggested (for example "urgent care"), the guide topic, the state, and which clinic was tapped. None of that includes what you wrote, your IP address, or anything else that identifies you.

Ads stay off anything personal. Google ads appear only on the clinic directory and state pages. They never load on the chat, the condition guides, or any page where you describe symptoms. Google may use cookies on those directory pages to show ads; you can manage that at adssettings.google.com.

No paid rankings, no selling data. Clinics can't pay to rank higher. Results are sorted by distance only.
